Plex no authorization

Hi at all,

I am logged in as main user and plex tells me I have no authorization for accessing this server?!

What can I do to fix that?

unfortunately this brings me to this:

Are you using the domain name of your server to access it? You must not use it during this procedure.
Is this a remote server?
Does that server machine have an IP address from a “private” IP range?
