I have several movies with both a 1080p and a 4k version. Prior to the update, if a client was trying to play the movie and they only had a 1080p tv, it would automatically play the 1080p version, kind of like an optimized version. Nothing was needed by the user and it worked great. Since the update, it no longer does this and only attempts to play the highest quality, which it can’t handle and so it buffers endlessly.
Is anyone else getting this and i should just wait for a fix? Any other ideas?
