been using plex for a few yrs now but had to get a new mastercard and now its not accepting my payment because it seems to think its ‘fraud’. my card works on everything else i use, is this a glitch?
I’ve had this before. Basically, the Plex payment happens in a different country to where you currently are (or where you recently made a transaction) and your cc company figures you couldn’t travel that quickly and it must be fraud. Call up your cc company, explain it to them, that you expected the Plex transaction, it and it’ll go through.
