Bill paying problems

So I have been paying for a Plex Pass since 2016. never had a problem. Now all my credit cards are being labeled as fraud by Plex.

Very sorry you are having trouble. Looking at your *********** account, it does appear that a transaction attempt was rejected by our gateway for possible “Fraud”. When transaction or payment verification attempts are made, our payment processor works together with another third-party service provider to check for risks associated with that transaction or payment method. In your case, there was found to be a high enough risk chance that the attempt was rejected. Unfortunately, we don’t have any details about precisely why a high chance of risk was found and we’re unable to override this fraud protection.**

I have used the same card since 2016. Now that something on Plex’s end has changed I can no longer pay for the Plex Pass. I am not the only one either.

Could Plex consider fixing it on their end instead of forcing me to make a PayPal account just to give them 5$ a month?
