Plex not appearing in My Cloud Home Duo

I have recently bought a second WD My Cloud Duo device. My first one i bought 3 years ago and it has been fine since day one. The second unit has connected to my network fine and i can transfer files to it and they are there.

When i connect the unit to Plex, the unit is showing on the Plex server but the Plex folder does not appear on the cloud unit. I have done a full reset of the device, erased data and gone through the clear device settings several times but all to no avail.

I’ve moved my ethernet connection from my Gigabit network switch and plugged it directly into the router, to see if it was an issue with the network switch, which i didn’t think it was as my other WD unit runs through it.

I contacted WD customer service but they are about as much use as a chocolate tea pot. Im now completely stumped. Anyone got any ideas?
