FYI… similar issue here
I’m running windows PMS Version 1.15.4.993 the last update, PMS also won’t scan the libraries automatically, I have to manually kick off the scan. Then everything shows up correctly in the libraries.

I am having a similar issue except a manual scan still returns no new results. All new media ive added in the last 2 weeks or so has not shown up. The naming is correct.
