I downloaded the plex app on my ps3 but every time i open it, it says it cant connect and to try later. Help?

this behaviour wont get you anything. Plus with that amount of information it is clearly not easy to answer to you. Do you own a plex server? And if so, have you assigned PS3 to the server and plex?
Sorry, and yes i do. I can pull my own server thru my ps3 with no problem;
however, the Plex App itself doesnt connect.
