No connection to PS3

Hi,

I never had this problem before, but when I start the Plex app on my PS3 the app doesn’t even start. All I get is the typical PS3 screen telling me that no connection is possible at the moment, please try again later. I removed the app from the PS3, reinstalled it, nothing. Then I removed the PS3 from the Authorized Devices list, tried to start the PS3 app again but no luck. Now I can’t addi it back to the Authroized Devices list because I can’t even start the PS3 app. All other services like Netflix and Amazon Prime launch without a problem. So it’s not a WLAN problem or anything like that.

Did anyone encouner this problem before? What can be done to fix this?

Having the exact same issue. Was working fine two days ago, now suddenly nothing. Also deleted, reinstalled and updated and no joy.

Any feedback from Plex would be greatly appreciated.

So would it be possible it’s a problem on their side with the PS3? Since I didn’t change anyhting it’s the only solution. I will check if there is a customer service email address and drop them a line.

Bring this back for at least another year to give users a chance to updgrade at a lower cost, KODI is still supported
