This has been an ongoing issue for a couple months but I figured it would resolve itself by now but it hasn’t. Plex appears to be finding both files, I’ve tried deleting the copy and it says in use by plex, but when I go to the file info one of the files is not there.

Still not fixed duplicates are not appearing when using the duplicate filter nor when selecting the episode and pressing get info. Also, have done a refresh metadata and switched agents/scanner multiple times trying to fix this issue. Please fix this. I know I have duplicates but have no way of tracking them all down and analyzing which one is the best version. This used to work fine but broke suddenly. Is anyone else dealing with this?
