I’m stumped why the server isn’t finding new media files … I have Sonarr / Radarr notifying plex when new episodes/movies are being added. I have the automatic scan options enabled in settings, and even when triggering a manual scan it won’t find the files.
When I delete a media file and run a library scan it also doesn’t see that episode was deleted.
I don’t see any errors/warnings in the logs… but i’m getting a ton of "Library section 40 (library name) will be updated because of a change in “/data/media/blabla.mkv” - not sure if this is related.
I have plex (hotio image) running in docker on unraid. I’ve checked permissions are correct (777)
I can even go into the console of the container and copy/rename/move the undetected episode file that’s right next to other episodes in the same folder.
Checked permissions, ran a database repair (GitHub - ChuckPa/PlexDBRepair: Database repair utility for Plex Media Server databases) and it seems to have worked properly.
I was on the latest docker tag … I think this has been happening for about a week now… Went back to an old random release from 6 months ago but still having the same issue.
Any help would be appreciated!
