Media scan not finding any new media

Server Version#: Unraid Version: 6.12.6
Player Version#: Version 4.116.1

Bit of an odd one, the day I noticed that when a scan for new media is done, either scheduled or manual, no new media is found.
I can see in the status bar in the top right that it sees the file however it then does not add it to PLEX.
I I have done the reboot of the Linux server it is running on, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Uninstalled, rebooted the server, then installed it back and still no luck.
Any advice would be met warmly.

This is a log from the web app. It is not the server logs, which are what is needed here.

You seem to be still on server 1.32.8, which has a bug where the metadata agents are sometimes not properly initialised. Update to 1.40 if you can, where this bug is fixed.
If you cannot update, stop and restart the server, then try again.

Thanks for the response and the advice however the server started to crash when PLEX was opened so I am in the process of a complete reinstall and whole library import and discovery.

I did get a corrupt database message the last time though so suspect it was that.

I’ve run into this issue recently, multiple times. Only fix was to go to the library, delete the FOLDER (not the entire library) choice, then add the SAME folder again - that makes it rebuild the library. In some cases it doubled the amount of content in that folder, so no idea how long this has been going on.
