Plex not getting data from thetvdb

Server Version#: Latest
Player Version#: Roku Player
So I had to do a clean install of Windows and re-install Plex Media Server and now no Metadata from thetvdb is loading for Movies or TV Shows or Anime? Any Suggestions out there?
