Plex Server not getting metadata for TV shows, only movies

Hello,

So I’m setting up a brand new Plex server on Ubuntu 20.04. I’m not sure if this matters, but I installed Plex through snap. So I point my libraries to a remote drive and it successfully grabs the metadata for my movies, but not my tv shows/anime. I’ve tried optimizing my database, as well as clearing the cache in Plug-In Support, but neither have worked. I am using TheTVDB for my shows for it’s agent, renamed all my anime folders accordingly to TVDB and I have not downloaded any Plug-Ins. I have linked my server logs as well.

Should I try reinstalling Plex without using snap? And would that delete all of my metadata if I uninstalled Plex?

I have the same issue, didn’t install through snap though.
No metadata for TV Shows.
No solution as yet, if I come across something I will let you know.
