Plex imported about 30K of my music files, my issue is that while it will import the Album Artist info it did not import the Artist name for about 3000 files. is there any way to correct this, I have re scanned numerous times and they still don’t update, for now I have to do them manually.
If you don’t already have Mp3tag or MusicBrainz Picard get one (I use both).
Then make sure the meta data in your files is correct/what you want it to be. Editing things in Plex is a wast of time IMO, do it at the file level.
