Plex not picking up valid artist's album and song and it matches musicbrainz.org completely

I have an Artist Buffalo Springfield and plex is not picking up at all.

I have path of M:\Users\Public\Public music\Buffalo Springfield\Buffalo Springfield\01. buffalo springfield - for what its worth.mp3

Plex music is pointed to M:\Users\Public\Public music . So i’ve named the file , folder the exact format plex requires from what i can see. if you check

the album name is the name of the band. So why on earth is plex not picking this up ? i moved the artist folder to a temp location, rescanned, emptied trash, moved it back and rescanned. i can’t figure out !! plex is not even detecting it !!. I have 100s of others no problem help please ??

How are the embedded meta tags of those files populated? Are they present at all, and if they are, what is inside?
I’ve found that this is particularly important in cases like this.

Yes it was the meta tags I fixed them I used the same tool you posted
