Plex not loading new media files

Hi,

I am having problems with plex not detecting newly added files into my media directory.

The files are there, but when I go to add them into plex I either get “your changes could not be saved”, or the button for “Next” is darkened and not accessible.

I have this on several machines (all win10) and I get the same result.

The media storage (QNAP NAS) is on the same wired network as all of the machines which have plex installed. Whilst I have plex loaded into the NAS, I don’t use it, and uninstalling it make absolutely no difference.

This is very frustrating as I had all of my files added until a recent plex upgrade that wiped out all of my access.
