Plex not loading on HiSense Roku TV after another app runs

Server Version#: Doesn’t matter. I subscribe to several.
Player Version#: 6.6 Build 16

On HiSense Roku TV the Plex app will not load after another app has been run. I must go to System > Power > Restart and restart the TV in order for Plex to load. I can exit Plex and restart Plex if I do not launch any other apps in between but it will not load if another app has been launched unless the TV is restarted. This just began happening a few days before Thanksgiving. Any ideas out there. Is this a Plex issue or a Roku issue or a HiSense issue.

I had the same issue, however it looks like they did a update now, it continues to crash once opened, I removed the channel and installed it back, I factory reset the TV and this plugin still continues to crash after it opens for about 3 seconds any idea’s what can be done to fix this?

The only work around I’ve found is to perform the System > Power > Restart sequence when it fails to load.

There has to be a fix for this, one cannot expect to reboot the Roku device when you want to use plex. This was not a problem a few months ago, now its a constant issue that requires a reboot to work

PS, I am seeing the issue on multiple Roku devices

I was out of town for several weeks and when I got back home the issue seems to have been resolved. Was there HiSense Roku app update?
