Plex not picking up any added movies

Server Version#: 1.41.1.9057 (Unraid) https://hub.docker.com/r/plexinc/pms-docker/
Player Version#: Plex Web 4.140.1

I used to be able to add movies with no issue. Now after moving the movie files over, the scanner appears to try to scan the files, and then just stops without adding the movie. It does not appear to be a matching issue as when I search for unmatched movies I have zero results.

Looking in the logs, there appears to be an issue with the database. Can anyone shed more light on what is going on?
