Movie files not showing up in library

Server Version#:Plex Media Server v1.42.2.10156-f737b826c - Docker Docker Container x86_64 - build: linux-x86_64 debian
Player Version#: All

I use the whole ARR ecosystem (Sonarr, Radarr, Overseerr, etc) and up until Oct 8th everything was working fine, but any new movies added to the library are not show up in Plex however the folders and files are there and it looks like they have the same permissions as all the other movies.

I am using the two new plex movie scanners and the version is Plex Media Scanner v1.42.2.10156-f737b826c

I’ve tried reboot, rescanning, removing all authorized devices, nothing seems to be working. Not sure what to do next?

Post a copy of your server logs and the name of the a missing movie file.

Its going to be either a naming, permissions, or database corruption issue. Without the logs I cannot narrow it down.
