Plex not playing audio with delay

Hey guys, i muxed a movie with an audio in a diffrent language with mkvtoolnix but i needed an audio-delay (-2700ms). It worked perfectly fine and was in sync on my device mpv and vlc tested. However when i tried playing the movie on Plex (Android, web, windows, ps5) the player keeps buffering and never starts playing with the delayed audio. If i change the Audio it works seemlessly. I tried muxing without an delay and it worked fien with plex.

Do i need to change a setting on my plex server or mkvtoolnix? Or can i set a delay in plex?

2.7 seconds might be simply too much for the playback buffer on certain devices.
Is there a difference if you force transcoding versus direct play?

Depending on the direction of the time shift, it might be better to chop off the time difference of some of the streams, so that their beginnings are all closer together.

thanks for your help. in the end ive cut down the audio with filmora with blank audio in the end to match the video length and i worked
