How to set fixed audio delay?

Hi, my TV have some latency and I need 150~200ms of audio delay to get correct sync.
I’ve set audio-delay=0.150 in mpv.conf but plex don’t care, as a workaround I use the key shortcut to +0.200 sec but it’s tedious to do this each time I open a video.

Can you please allow plex to read audio-delay setting from mpv.conf ?
Is there any other workaround I’m not aware of ?

I see the setting is available directly in Plex settings on the Plex HTPC player, as Audio fixed Offset.

Would it be possible to add this same setting to normal Plex Player ?
