Desktop browser Player is ignoring the audio delay i added to the MKV File using Mkvtoolnix

While if i play the file using VLC or the any of the Plex clients the audio will play 4 seconds earlier
While the desktop browser Player is ignoring this delay why ?

Did you modify the file after adding it to Plex?
If so… have you told Plex to re-analyze it?

Did you just use the header editor to insert the delay?

Or did you remux the file?
If so, did you apply the delay to the video or the audio track?
AFAIR it doesn’t quite work if you apply the delay to the video track…

i used Mkvtoolnix
the File is working fine with the delay with all of the Plex clients Smartphone Tablets android tv apple tv etc except the web browser Player which the delay is ignored
that’s strange right ?
