I have the episodes named correctly…five seasons of a favorite series. Plex recognizes each episode and gives the correct description and picture and plays the music. Plex will not play episodes 4-7 of season five. Circle spins and a message box opens and says Plex can’t play the file and to check my settings. The MP4s play perfectly on my pc. What should I do? Thanks for any suggestions. I’m mystified.
