I’m also not sure why the agents are missing. I thought this was related to the Agents tab in settings but they’re all checked. I tried renaming the folder as well as just searching the title IDs and I can’t seem to find it. Folder has also been renamed to …S01 and epidosdes are also named in this format; E01, E02, E03
One thread mentioned restarting their server and that didn’t work for me. Kinda new to Plex, I don’t share my server or have a fly setup, it’s just my PC and my library is pretty small but I’ve never run into this problem before. Is anyone else able to find this series? Any help would be appreciated thank you.
Something does seem to be going on with this title. I’ve attempted to create this show many ways but Plex has not recognized it correctly. I’ve tried naming the directory with and without the ‘:” and the ‘?” thinking that might possibly be a problem. I’ve tried embedding the TVDB id in the directory name, then I tried it with the TMDB id. In all cases, plex did not identify the show. I also run jellyfin on this server and it did identify the show. Seems to me, plex is tripping over itself on this one.
That being said: I cannot get this series’ metadata to appear as well. Looking at TMDB and TVDB, it appears this series hasn’t been listed on both websites until a week ago.
So my recommendation would be to wait a few days more.
Additionally, I found a wrong “external ID” link on TMDB for this show.
I’ve corrected this. Let’s see if it helps.
