Hello guys please can you help me please
when i scan my tv shows they come up untagged but plex does not look for the meta data
i have to click MATCH then it will come up most of the time but it used to scan soon as i added new stuff please can you all help me fix this please see my logs attached
also i have uploaded the picture of my plex agent order no one seems to have a clue

It’s a known issue with old TheTVDB API v3.0.
A mitigation patch is in the works and will arrive in a future server update.
