Plex not reachable and constant buffering issues

I don’t know if the two are related but I am having problems ever since I updated the server to the most recent version. My server is on a local network. It is hosted on a NAS with a Xeon CPU, 8gb ram, gig lan, running windows server 2016 essentials

  1. Local network windows pcs other than the server get the error message “Plex Not Reachable”.

  2. My xbox one x constantly is buffering. The buffering box is always in the middle of the screen while playing videos. Direct play and direct stream are turned on. The videos I am playing should be x264 ac3 1080p videos. When I have play original selected it constantly buffers. If I tell it to transcode 1080p high it plays find. If I use the media player built into the xbox it plays fine. I didn’t have these problems before I upgraded the server.

Any help would be appreciated.

If tried logging out of all plex clients. Going on the server and removing all players. Logging out of the server and reclogging back into everything.
