it is very weird. if I open plex on another machine i can see the settings and it says that remote access is not working. But I know it since I can access plex through other computers and phones outside my house. I really have no idea whats going on…
I have had the same problem. PMS was working fine until yesterday (23/5/2019) when I changed my desktop web browser from Firefox to Chrome. I now get the “Plex is unreachable” screen.
I removed Firefox and also removed and reinstalled Plex, rebooting after each step.
Still get the “Plex unreachable” screen.
I tried the suggested ping tests and get the same result as txenakis.
The Plex app on my AppleTV still works.
I should have included the log file.

Problem fixed! I don’t use a proxy server but “Use a proxy server” had been changed to ON in the Win10 network settings. Don’t know what gremlin changed the setting.
