Plex is not reachable

Server Version#:1.18.2.2058
Player Version#:plex-web

I am having an issue where Plex is saying “Plex is not reachable”. This is happening regardless of whether I try on an external machine or even on the machine that runs the server. Just double clicking the Plex icon loading the 127.0.0.1:32400 errors out. I am also strangely having an issue logging in only on that computer now as it is giving me an authentication error (works fine on other PC’s).

I have tried restarting the server, PC, resetting modem and router. I do not have a double NAT situation and everything worked previously. What I think caused the issue was either Plex updating or me switching from the modem to the router (which I have used before with Plex no problem). I have also tried repairing and reinstalling Plex and installing to a different location. I have attached logs.

If there is anything else you need let me know.

The same thing happened to me 10 minutes ago.
Localhost says the host is not reachable and the online app only shows online content and not what’s in my libraries.

UPDATE: The problem just solved itself now with no action on my behalf.

UPDATE 2: The problem came back. This time I’ve also received a message saying that I’m not directly connected to the server (even though it’s the very same PC on which I run the app).
Clearly is something related to Plex itself, since it comes and goes by itself. I hope they’ll solve it soon.

UPDATE 3: And after a few minutes it’s back again.
