HI, i have issues with this app, I have paid for the subscription to be able to send to apple tv. so far no success. we always get an error message on the tv but it plays on IPad. Not sure why because i can do it with a VLC streamer via Apple tv with no issues.
Has that Apple TV the Plex app installed?
And if so, is the Plex app signed into your plex.tv account?
