I’d like to turn on two factor authentication but realized I hadn’t verified my email through plex yet. Well, whenever I click Send Verification Email under account settings Plex says they’ve sent the email, but I’ve triple checked and nothing is coming through. I have disabled all spam filters an whitlisted “noreply@plex.tv” or “hello@mail.plex.tv”, but it is not working.

I am facing the same issue. None Plex related mails a received except the „we effed up, please reset your password“ mail. But then incoming the reset does nothing.

I just took a look at your dummy@dummy.du Plex account for you. I see that a previous email attempt to that address on xxx-xx-xx bounced with a “550 5.1.1 <dummy@dummy.du>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table” error, which placed your address on our bounce list. We’ve now removed the email address from our bounce list. You’ll want to make sure that you resolve the bounce issue before you make a new request or else the email will likely bounce again. Apologies for any inconvenience.
