I recently updated plex server to the newest version after not updating for a year. Big Mistake!
Did they purposely break the stream to ios v 10.3 web app through the browser to get you to pay to use their app. We used to use the ipad once in a blue moon to watch a video in some odd place in the house. Now we can’t get it to play. Tried on safari / chrome.
I can get Safari to work but Chrome on my iPad stopped a while back.
I just tried on my iPad Pro running iOS 11.3.
Safari, good to go.
And Chrome still just takes me to a black screen.
Maybe try upgrading you iOS.
