I’ve just discovered, that my plex is not syncing to trakt anymore.
Around Christmas, I’ve set up the sync with a plex-pass and trakt-VIP account via webhook.
Everything worked fine.
On January 3rd, the sync stopped.
In the plex-logs I can see the following error:
[Req#1c59] Webhook: Error delivering payload to https://scrobblers.trakt.tv/plex/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx: 404
When I copy the URL into my browser, it opens the trakt-website, displaying an error 404. That seems the same result as in the log, showing 404 there.
On January 1st I’ve changed some security settings in my plex-account for data-protection-reasons:

https://www.plex.tv/vendors-us
I also disabled “Send playback data to Plex”, “Sync my watch state and ratings” and set my profile to “private”.
Activating Sync watch state and playback data doesn’t change anything.
Since the sync stopped on January 3rd, I can’t imagine it has something to do with the setting…
Any idea what can cause the problem ?
