Plex not terminating streams by set time

Player Version#: Current android plex stable version, apologies was not sure where to locate version number. But its whatever the latest android update was.

I am unsure why this happens, and I am unsure currently if its all devices. But I have plex server set up to cut off paused streams after 90minutes, however whenever someone pauses a stream, at least on android, it does not terminate until 2hours 30minutes has passed… This seems to be ignoring the 90minute option set.
