Since the new roll out of Plex I have noticed that when people pause their videos the server no longer stops the process, idle time and I have have to manually go in and stop it in the admin portal.
Why was this feature taken out?
It wasn’t.
Settings - [server] - ‘Show Advanced’ - Network - “Terminate Sessions Paused for Longer Than”

Looks like it was reset to 0. Previously I had it set to 5.
I recommend you to extend that period a bit, so people are allowed to pause playback for longer.
I set the timer to 5, but after last update prior the one that was recently pushed down it stopped working which I didn’t notice until a couple of days later when I connected and went to the dashboard.
It’s hard to think this what the paid customers get for service. You guys called Microsoft so stop behaving as such.
