Hi,
Long time Kodi user, part time Plex user. Found PKC to bridge the gap.
All my local assets are fine, using in Kodi for years. Plex finds and uses all my custom posters, backgrounds and episode thumbs with no issue.
All expect banner.jpg
Ive only just noticed this when playing with PKC, it uses the images actually in the Plex db and not the physical sidecar files. My main ‘view’ in Kodi is banners for TV Shows no matter which skin etc
Looking at the logs I can see that Plex ‘sees’ them:

Ive scanned, rescanned, Plex danced, created new libaries, altered agent prioities and library settings to all local first etc but banner.jpg is never used. The item section is empty and as such PKC cannot use them.
As a test I also jammed in the XBMCNFO importer and it found and inserted the banner.jpg but I’d hoped to avoid using this method and doing a complete libary refresh etc
I’m new the ‘backend’ side of Plex for log investigations etc, don’t know exactly what to look for etc What do you need from me to help investigate more?
