I recently added movies with the poster already inside the folders(name of movie and poster identical). And for some reason Plex is not finding the posters. I have tried scanning twice, but I’m getting the same results.

Considering “latest” happens to match for the beta and public channels, I suppose you’re on PMS release 1.20.1.3252 – is that correct?
Have you upgraded that library to use the new movie scanner/agent?
If so… did you enable/check Use local assets (When scanning this library, use local posters and artwork if present)?
Yes, 1.20.3252.
How do i upgrade scanner/agent?
When I go to Agents, I get error “Server Settings are Unavailable”

That fixed it. Rebooting everything and logging back in.
