Hi all
I find that currently Plex will rarely find subtitles when I search whilst watching a TV show or movie. It used to be pretty good, but for some reason doesn’t’ seem to do it any more.
It’s not that there are no subs available as if I then switch to Emby and use the same subtitle search in that 99% of the time it will find them, and when I look on the Opensubs website they’re usually there.
Is it just that the subtitles search option is currently not working well in Plex? Or could it be an issue with my install?
It’s an issue for us as it means we end up switching to Emby if there are no subs within the file as only Emby will find some.
I have Plex Pass, btw.
