Multiple Server conflict

Server Version#: Version 1.20.4.3517
Player Version#: Any

I have two Plex Servers running on the same network. After updating to the latest Server version, the Plex Player (any version) can only see one of the servers. If I restart the non-visible server, than that one will show up but the first server is now gone. I won’t allow me to see both servers at the same time anymore. Any ideas what could cause this?

Hope you’ve got this resolved by now. Apparently I didn’t notice when you posted this.

Are the servers and clients on the same network as each other?

In SettingsRemote Access, You may need to configure different public ports on each server. This is necessary for remote access, and can also be helpful for local access due to the MyPlex registration & server discovery process.

Are the servers on two different physical machines - not two different docker instances or VMs on one physical host?

How did you create the two servers - are they two independent clean installations, or did you copy or clone one of them to create the other?

Or, none of the above?
