Hello i been using Plex via my roku on a smart tv for over a year. Lately there was an update on plex and i couldnt read my videos anymore as they stop at 13% loading. I was watching a season, and next day it wouldnt load. I’v reinstalled plex on my roku, and reseted everything after loading your update. still it doesnt work.
My videos dont even all show up like before and i am not talking about new stuff, but videos that were available before the update of the 6 /11/2017. Now i have 2-3 series in .MP4 that works, and other in .MP4 that dont load. There is absolutly not logic whatso ever in that trouble and i am desesperated to be able to watch my movies i download in my bedroom like before. Can i get some help please since there is no customer services on phone thank you in advance. The problem isnt logic and recurrent please attend to the problem with me.
