Ok I fixed TV episodes. FINALLY. I changed End Time to Last Updated and I added Estimated end time to Stats.
I added another token to Notification message called {EndTime} that will display the estimated end time of the video.
Just wanted to chime in and say thanks for removing the rotating circle in the Statistics page and replacing it with a status bar. That rotating circle was driving me crazy.
Buffering just showed up in my status page. guess whats being implemented....

No idea. Can it be eliminated?

He means he can notify if a client is buffering I believe
Bingo!

Pardon my asking, but what is the point of tools like that? Sincere question.

Tools like what?
Tools like what?
Plex Notify. I mean, what's the interest in data about people's media consumption?

Its not about their media consumption only I think, for me anyway, its how much my server is being used. I think everyone has their reasons for using something like Plex Notify or PlexWatch.

I've just had a bad update experience, in trying to update from .41 to whatever version is now current.
I performed the update attempt exactly like all previous ones, but it crashed before completion, with a Windows app-crash message.
After this crash it was impossible to relaunch the application, as Windows reported it as invalid, so I was forced to uninstall it.
I have not yet tried a new install, as I first wanted to send you the log that remained after crash+uninstall, so here it is:
PlexNotify.log.xml (76 KB)
I'm now going to try a reinstall, and will be back with my results for this later.
Best regards: dlanor

Ah sorry for your troubles!
So I reviewed your log and to looks like your database was having trouble updating. I will put a fix in for future updates. Thank you for reporting this and the logs!

Well, it's the sort of thing we have to expect in testing alpha/beta versions of any software.
Pinpointing problems so they can be eliminated is the main purpose of such testing... ;)

I'm happy to help. :) I'm also happy to report that I'm now back in business with 'Plex Notify' .43 running on my system after the reinstall of the application file (same file as I used for the original install). There were no problems at all in re-installing, and the new version picked up my old settings and database directly.
Everything is working just like before, except for the new enhancements of course.
I especially liked the new progress bar when loading the statistics window.
(With the old spin-circle I had no idea how long it would continue.)
