On my Windows 8.1 system, I cannot seem to run the program from the start menu or after a reboot. The program is in the taskbar, but if I right mouse click and select items, I receive a PlexNotify has stopped working error message.  

I am only able to get it to work if I go into the directory like "C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX\plex...tion_XXXXXXXXX" and select the program to run as administrator from that location (doing from the start menu or selecting it to always run as admin in the properties does not work

Is anyone else encountering this issue?

Hey,

I really do love this app when it was working, seems like some folks got it working with the most recent version. I'm still having some issues and the error log is below. Can someone advise? Thanks!

Hey all! 

The December target of the new Plex Notify is on track! This will be an entirely new version of Plex Notify. New Installer, new UI, new Plex Notify Service!

I almost have the Rest API interface done so if anyone has any Web programming experience it would be great to get help on the web UI. I started one and it is a lot for me to learn at the moment. I am sure someone with much more Web programming experience will do a much better job on the Web UI than I ever could. 

So if you are a web developer and are willing to help by writin a web UI that is compatible with both Mobile and Desktop I sure could use it!

Nice program. It works pretty well to.

I have one question/problem.

I have managed to set it up on a Windows server 2012 with a SQL Ex database.

And I added two plex servers.

But It only grabs info from one of them.

First of all, love the program and it works well for me. I do however have one small request. I use PushBullet to let me know what people are doing when I'm not near the machine and sometimes I have a few lined up when I next check. Is it possible to add a {CurrentTime} to insert current time into the message? I tried the {EndTime} as a work around but of course if the person doesn't get to 100% it doesn't work how I want.

if you get the page set up for mobile and desktop I could help style it. I do web design and graphics design. I have made many web pages before and in recent time developed for both mobile and desktop,but the majority of my experience is desktop. So I don't want to volunteer and disappoint here. That being said if someone is trying to help crank it out, I can definitely style it up or provide some graphics, textures, buttons. Favicons, etc.

If I use this code for DateTime format:

dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm:SS

it doesnt show as 24 hour clock.

Example: 00:00:00 is shown as 24:00:00

How can i change this ?

I just installed Plex Notify, but it crashes soon after starting.

It will display a balloon telling me my username and pass are not right, well I did not configured the app yet, so yes that's correct.

Then a popup shows up stating that Plex Notify stopped working.

I installed it in my Windows 2008 server.

I hope you have a solution for me.

Had to revert back to the older version. For some reason the newer version won't open at all.
