yes. i have movies on one computer at my work and tv shows on a different computer at my house and plex notify running on a third computer. For me it works really good when people start something but a couple moments later it tells me they stopped when they haven't

I looked at plexWatch + PlexWatch Web, but I don't want to install httpd/php services on my server. I'd rather have an all-in-one application with a friendly GUI, which is what you are striving for. keep it up!

Great. Thanks for replying. So my pms lives on a Mac. I wanted to use this but since it doesn't work for Mac I'll install it on windows machine. Is my logic sound here?

yes that is how i have it set up. again it works great when they start something, it just falls apart because it notifys you they stopped when they didn't, but I'm ok until they come out with the new version

In your case I would just turn off the notification for when they stop. I don't use that notification anyway. I just usually want to see if a stream started.

No WPF is not dead... I develop WPF applications for a living. I could see why you are confused because HTML 5 gets so much love... But no, there will always be a need for a robust, flexible, UI development environment. And WPF is just that.
If WPF were dead, Microsoft wouldn't have just pushed an entirely rebuilt development suite written in WPF (Visual Studio 2015), which tons of new improvements for developing applications using WPF.
I installed the alpha build and it looks really neat. Looking forward to the beta.

Any way to create/build a custom RSS feed for users to subscribe to for notifications, rather than using specific push apps like growl/pushbullet/etc.?
I know this thread isn't being monitored for bugs/change requests but I just wanted to ask if anybody else is experiencing CPU leakage with the current build. My install seems to be eating between 15% - 25% in idle mode with nothing playing in Plex!
Yes there have been memory and cpu leak issues previously. It seems to have died down for most users as of a few updates back, but there are still some issues that come and go.
Is anyone else having problems with Plex Notify and PMS 9.11.13? My notify just goes into loop now saying it can't connect to either of my servers.
This code development semm to be dead. No updates from jay in 1 month, which is too bad because this app had real promise and was worth spending the dollars on.
He does go dark every once in a while, but it is a bad sign.
