Hello,
I have a problem with audio trascoding.
I have plex server on a qnap TS-873A, and on a client windows the codec EAC3 not working, it’s all mute, i have try to use on my mac and it’s ok no problem, can you help me?
I need to install a codec on my windows?
I think it’s EAC3 problem, i attacched the log

I try to use with web page and it’s all ok, the sound is ok, only with plex player app there is the issue.

The problem is with Plex Desktop on Windows 11 24H2.
