No sound with videos that have eAC3 audio. All other audio codecs playback just fine. Fully direct playback

This is “Plex” for Windows. I tested with many different files but they did not play back any sound if they had eAC3 audio. I checked the dashboard and tautulli for good measure, but nothing is ever being transcoded, it’s direct playback every time.

I tested this on Plex Media Player and the sound plays back fine, but now that desktop mode is no longer supported I cannot use it anymore.
