My phone/tablet has Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
I acknowledge the HEVC yuv444p10 hardware decoding is not supported by this SoC.
When I use Kodi to play yuv444p10 video, it shows “ff-hevc (sw)”, and it’s working flawlessly (my guess is FFmpeg software decoder).
When I hit play on Android Plex, it will just buffer forever.
If Plex is not capable of doing that, please consider improving it.
(I am already really thankful for full support of ASS subtitle integration!)
