Why Android Plex doesn't have h.264 (AVC) 10bit software decoder?

Player Version#:9.9.0.35519
As far as I know Plex on iOS support playing h.264 10bit content.
Also Kodi on Android has ffsw decoder for playing h.264 10bit content, but why Plex on Android (ExoPlayer?) doesn’t.
