Plex on apple Tv showing server unavailable while working perfectly on other devices

Since Yesterday, Plex on apple TV 4k showing server unavailable while working perfectly on other devices like Fire TV, Sony Smart TV, Macbook HTPC App. It was working perfectly on Apple TV as well then suddenly downgraded video quality and stopped. Apple TV is connected via LAN Cable (Gigabit). Internet connection is perfect , speed is perfect (100 MBPS) and other apps on Apple TV are working flawlessly. Please help its really annoying. I also installed Infuse but it is also unable to connect to Plex Server.

Player Version#: 8.36.1

Update- somehow if I connect via Wifi it starts to work instead of LAN, but LAN cable is working perfectly fine and speed is also 100 mbps and the fact that it was working fine earlier. Please provide solution.

is the wired connection of the Apple TV on the same subnet as your server?
