Plex on iOS fails to upload new pictures (multiple devices)

Server Version#: multiple, atm 1.20.1.3213 Running on QNAP TVS1282T and as a virtual windows machine
Player Version#: multiple

Hi, I am having issues uploading photos / videos from my iOs devices. When I try uploading it scans for new pictures for a very short while, and then just stops. Seems to me the server thinks it already has the pictures, but I am 100% sure it doesn’t (seconds old test pictures do not upload).

Troubleshooting steps I’ve done:
Reset picture upload on iPhone and iPad
Reset cached items on iPhone and iPad
deleted app on iPhone and iPad
Now this one is weird: Tried setting up a completely new Plex server on a virtual machine, both iPhone and iPad fails to upload to this server too.

Exactly the same problem we’re hitting here. Also old photos from 2015.
