Plex on my Insignia Roku occasionally freezes mid playback and reboots TV

This happens about every other day, randomly. The picture freezes, audio keeps going a few seconds, then silence for a few seconds and the TV reboots. Fortunately it remembers where it left off. Happens on both h264 and h265 content.
