Plex on Philips Saphi transcoding while watching 4K video

I have a problem using Plex on Philips Saphi Smart TV. While trying to run 4K HDR video from my server, the following message appears:

“We have not optimized playback for this device so any video playing from your personal media library may be transcoded”

And that’s what happened. The movie is transcoded even while TV fits all technical requirements/codecs. Could you please advise? I would like to definitely avoid transcoding.

well, same here.
You (and me, and evrybody else) just can hope for app-optimization…
The app doesn‘t seem to exist for long, it‘s relatively young.

Sadly, I don#t find any hints on the development of the app, or any info on supportes features, etc…
I just hope, that it will get to a state, where it is usable, at the moment it seems kind of beta-version.
